Windrock Park Terms of Reservation
Reservations are subject to availability. A major credit card – Visa or MasterCard – is required to make a reservation. Acceptable forms of payment at check-in are cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Please call the office to inquire about other arrangements. We reserve the right to transfer your stay to another cabin or campsite but will strive to honor your original request.
Guests with existing reservations have the opportunity to renew for the same time period in the following year before any new reservations will be taken. All reservations must be made online, in person, or via phone conversation with a campground front desk employee. The same is true for cancellations and changes to existing reservations. Text messages, voicemails, and emails are not accepted for reservations, changes to reservations, or cancellations.
Jamboree reservations require a 3-night minimum stay for cabins, RV full hook-up sites, primitive sites 1-26, and the bunk house.
We are happy to accommodate walk-in customers if we have availability.
There is no fee for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations
made within 7 days of scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
A No Call/No Show or cancellations made on the date of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
